What plans are available?
VidRivo Pro is available in three options:
  • 30-Day Free Trial: Full Pro access for 30 days — no credit card required, just your email. $10/month starts after day 30.
  • Monthly — $10/month: Billed every month, cancel anytime.
  • Annual — $24/year: Best value — only $2/month, saves $96 vs monthly.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime directly through Stripe's customer portal. Look for the "Manage billing" link in your original receipt email from Stripe, or email billing@vidrivo.com and we'll cancel it for you within 24 hours. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Will the free trial auto-renew?
Yes. After 30 days the trial converts to $10/month automatically. You'll receive a reminder email 3 days before the trial ends. Cancel any time before day 30 in the Stripe billing portal — no questions asked and no charge.
Do you offer refunds?
Because VidRivo offers a 30-day free trial so you can fully test the app before committing, we generally do not issue refunds on paid subscriptions. However, if you experienced a technical issue or were charged in error, email billing@vidrivo.com and we'll review your case. Refunds are granted at our sole discretion. What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via Stripe. Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant — VidRivo never stores your card details.

🔑 License Activation

I didn't receive my license file. What do I do?
  1. Check your spam / junk folder for an email from licenses@vidrivo.com.
  2. Wait up to 10 minutes — delivery can occasionally be delayed.
  3. If still missing, email licenses@vidrivo.com with the email address you used at checkout and we'll resend it immediately.
How do I activate my Pro license?
  1. Download the vidrivo_pro.mdl file from your email.
  2. Open VidRivo on your computer.
  3. Click the 🔑 License tab in the sidebar.
  4. Click Import License (.mdl) and select the file.
  5. Pro features unlock instantly.
Can I use VidRivo Pro on multiple computers?
Each license is tied to a single device. If you need to transfer your license to a new computer (e.g. after a hardware upgrade), email licenses@vidrivo.com with your order details and new Device ID. We'll issue a replacement license at no extra cost.
Where do I find my Device ID?
Open VidRivo → click the 🔑 License tab → your Device ID is displayed at the bottom of the tab with a copy button. You'll need this when purchasing or when requesting a license transfer.

Which platforms does VidRivo support?
VidRivo supports 1,872+ platforms including YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), Vimeo, Twitch, Reddit, SoundCloud, and many more. It uses yt-dlp under the hood, which is continuously updated to support new sites.
A download isn't working. What should I try?
  1. Make sure VidRivo is up to date — check for updates in the app.
  2. Try a different video quality setting.
  3. Check that ffmpeg is installed (VidRivo should handle this automatically on first launch).
  4. If the issue persists, email support@vidrivo.com with the URL of the video you're trying to download.
What operating systems does VidRivo support?
VidRivo currently supports Windows 10 and Windows 11. macOS and Linux versions are planned for a future release.
Is VidRivo safe to install?
Yes. VidRivo is a standalone desktop application. It does not install browser extensions, does not bundle adware, and does not phone home except to verify your license. The installer may trigger a Windows SmartScreen warning on first run since we're a new publisher — click "More info → Run anyway" to proceed.
