Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the VidRivo website (vidrivo.com) or the VidRivo desktop application ("the App"). By using VidRivo you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Free tier: VidRivo grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Free version of the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Pro tier: Upon purchase of a Pro subscription ($10/month or $24/year), VidRivo grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use all Pro features on one (1) device for the duration of your active subscription. The license is bound to the device ID provided at the time of purchase.
You agree to use VidRivo only for lawful purposes. You must not:
VidRivo Pro is available as a 30-day free trial (no credit card required; $10/month begins after day 30 if the user chooses to upgrade), a monthly plan ($10/month), or an annual plan ($24/year — save $96 vs monthly). Trial users are notified before day 30 and must actively choose a paid plan to continue. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.
License files are delivered by email to the address provided at checkout. Each license is cryptographically bound to the device ID you supply. If you change devices, contact support@vidrivo.com for a replacement license at no extra charge (one transfer per billing period).
Because VidRivo offers a 30-day free trial that provides full Pro access before any subscription charge, all sales are generally final. Refunds are not guaranteed but may be granted at our sole discretion in cases of verified technical failure or erroneous billing. To request a review, contact billing@vidrivo.com with your order details.
VidRivo incorporates the following open-source components, each governed by its own license:
VidRivo is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by YouTube, Meta, TikTok, or any other platform it supports.
VidRivo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any third-party platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VidRivo and its authors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding any claim.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date will reflect changes. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which VidRivo is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
